Cutting Edge Foundation has collaborated primarily with BMS World Mission of England to operate the hospital. CEF has also collaborated with dozens of other mission organizations and a myriad of mission workers from a large variety of nations in pursuit of the mission. These include Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, Switzerland, Ireland, France, and Germany.
